Learn what you need to know to successfully manage each stage of an audit by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Taught by experienced practitioners who have managed and advised on hundreds of OFCCP compliance evaluations, this course examines the key elements necessary for a successful audit outcome, including preparation, timeliness, completeness, candor, and good-faith collaboration. From desk audit preparation through resolution of alleged violations, participants will learn practical strategies and tactics for demonstrating compliance with all OFCCP-enforced requirements.

This course delivers focused concepts and fundamental skills in a new, condensed 1-day format.
