Noelia Johnson joined the Human Resources Department at Norfolk Southern in 2012 as an HR Recruiting Intern. During her 7-year career at NS, she has held several progressive roles in the HR department, most recently EEO Officer for over 3 years. As an EEO Officer, Noelia is responsible for investigative and compliance-related duties, including company-wide EEO training. She was responsible for sourcing and implementing NS’ Workplace Harassment training, for which she received recognition.
Noelia earned her undergraduate degree from Norfolk State University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree from Regent University.
