Teresa is the Senior Director, Equal Opportunity & Compliance for Labcorp. She leads the corporate strategy for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and U.S. Affirmative Action (AA) programs, including Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) development, audit response and management, data analysis and mandatory reporting, proposal reviews, overall U.S. EEO/AA compliance, and other enterprise HR compliance responsibilities.
Teresa has over 24 years of HR and legal operations experience with 12 years of experience in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance management and 17 years of comprehensive compliance practice specializing in EEO and AA, most recently in the health care information technology industry. She serves as the current Chairperson of the Kansas City Industry Liaison Group, a board member of the National Industry Liaison Group, an Executive Committee member for the Center for Workplace Compliance Board of Directors, and Immediate Past President of Center for Disability Inclusion.
