Hello Best Practices Members! As you may have already noticed, last week we made a major design enhancement to our signature member benefit – our memos analyzing key legal, compliance, and policy developments. This enhancement was made in direct response to feedback from our members who wanted a faster, easier, and more user-friendly way to find, read, and share these memos on all of their connected devices, especially smartphones and tablets, which is not an easy thing to do with PDF files! We hope you all appreciate this improvement, but if you’re a “traditionalist” and still want to view any memo in PDF format, you still can! Simply click the “print” icon at the top of any memo and choose “Save as PDF”. This will generate a PDF version of the memo, which you can then save on your organization’s network for future reference. We’ll be working on converting our older memos to this new format in the weeks and months ahead, but if you have any issues or feedback you’d like to share with us, please let us know via email at info@cwc.org.
